Dave Schell, Corporate Director of Parts and Service, was exposed to ECA’s specialty foundation equipment as far back as kindergarten. His father – a former vice president and founder of the Upper Marlboro, Md. branch that he calls home today – helped to fuel Dave’s passion for heavy machinery.
Having worked full time for ECA as a technician, parts manager, service manager, and sales representative since 2006, Dave continues to hone the skills he has learned to better serve customers’ parts and service needs. He even worked for ECA for a couple years after high school.
Facing challenges and solving problems continues to be the main driver behind Dave’s motivation. He’s mechanically inclined and enjoys working with others. Dave’s primary focus areas building stronger relationships with customers and manufacturers, improving the Parts and Service Departments to meet rising demand, and developing the ECA Training Center.
When he’s not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and father; working on general DIY and carpentry projects; and playing Golf.
