ECA’s Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) serve as a critical link between your jobsite and ECA’s service, parts, and technical teams. With deep hands-on experience in foundation equipment, PSSRs work directly with customers to improve machine uptime, reduce operating costs, and maximize productivity. They proactively assess equipment condition, recommend preventative maintenance and repair strategies, coordinate parts availability, and help plan service support before issues impact production. More than sales support, ECA’s PSSRs act as trusted advisors, bringing real-world knowledge, manufacturer insight, and on-site expertise to help customers get the most from their equipment throughout its entire lifecycle.
